Our orders usually take between 7-20 days to reach our customers, but your local post offices and custom offices may take time to process – especially in the US, Spain, Germany and Canada, so please allow more time. We are sorry about the inconsistencies.
All international orders are without tracking.
We consider an order to be lost if it has been more than 10 weeks from shipping. Before that, there is nothing we can do.

Posten First Prority Mail (A-Post): 12 – 13 USD – depending on country.
International orders may take additional time to ship, let us know if you’re in a rush and we’ll do our best to accommodate that. Please allow up to 10-20 days for shipping, depending on country.
Make sure to double check your delivery address upon ordering.
Please understand that, due to the nature of First-Class Mail and international mail in general, it’s very difficult to track your international package. If you feel that it’s taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country’s mail system to locate your package.
If you would like for your parcel to be tracked, please e-mail us and we’ll find a service to accommondate you. These services is for extra security and will also have another rate.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.
Returns are accepted for products that are unused and in original packaging within 14 days. Please e-mail us at email@example.com first if you want to return your order. Do not ship order back without emailing us first – we will return your package.
All sale purchases are final sale, no returns.
Purchases made with a coupon code discount may only be returned for store credit.
Acceptable forms of payment via Paypal – include Visa and Mastercard. We are also able to invoice you but won’t ship your order until payment is received.
We are unable to offer exhange at this time for international orders.
